Although most of the people that we meet and have become friends with are Thai, we also met two Chinese ladies who are studying Tourism at Maejo University. They asked to come over and make Dumplings for us. There is a lot of work which goes into chopping and preparing all the ingredients. So many of us got involved in the preparation. We invited some other students and staff and before we knew it we had an impromtu party. It was really a lot of fun.Sunday, July 12, 2009
